An IT company called Web Development SEO Services, which is situated near Ghauri Town VIP, Khanna Pul, on the Islamabad Expressway, is searching for a Customer Care Representative (CCR) with solid English grammatical skills.
• Constantly displaying a friendly, sympathetic, and professional demeanour with customers.
• Quickly attending to consumer inquiries.
• Using a variety of avenues to contact customers.
· Addressing client concerns after they are received.
• Being completely familiar with our products so you can respond to inquiries.
• Handling inquiries, applications, orders, and paperwork.
• Keeping track of interactions, transactions, remarks, and complaints with customers.
• Interacting and coordinating with coworkers as required.
• Giving comments on how well the customer service procedure works.
• As needed, data entry tasks.
• Ensure client happiness and offer competent client assistance.
Requirements for Education, Experience, and Licensing
A university or college degree is a plus, as is familiarity with MS Office. Previous work experience is encouraged, especially in the field of interest.
There will be job training offered.
